I was recently invited to join the local online neighborhood watch group. It is a group of locals who share the daily police reports for the area and advise of any questionable activity they may have noticed.

It was in this group that I discovered a little gem called #planetbrunswick. This is the label that gets thrown on all of the weird things that happen in town that you just can’t make up.

I thought I would start a category on this blog and share with you these occurrences that give the SoGlo (South of Gloucester Street) area of Brunswick GA its flavor.

Below is the debut installment in this category.
