We (and by “we” I mean my husband who has worked tirelessly on this project) are at last done with sanding and done (thank goodness) with porch paint on all of our upstairs floors.

There is still staining and sealing left to do, but for now we (and by “we” I mean both of us) are toasting to being one giant step closer to “done” with this particular project.
