It was the reminder I needed, before heading into the crowded grocery store.

A reminder to slow down and exercise patience.

A reminder to breathe deeply and be present.

A reminder that people are messy, flawed, fumbly creatures.

A reminder that in our imperfections we are perfectly human; and most connected to one another.

A reminder that we are all doing the best that we can and are in different stages of our journey.

A reminder to extend those wonderfully fumbly people around us kindness, mercy and grace.
